SIDERISE fire & acoustic closer for party walls provides up to 1 hour fire resistance and reduces flanking sound transmission at the junction of compartment and external walls.
Meeting the requirements of Approved Document E (2003 edition) of the Building Regulations, the insulation is supplied in standard lengths and can be readily cut as required.
Note: This product was previously known as Lamatherm FAC fire & acoustic cavity closer / fire & acoustic party wall closer.
