Unique in the market, TORMAX iMotion automatic door operators incorporate an in-house designed asynchronous motor that has none of the working parts that regularly fail such as gears and brushes for example. This makes them a sustainable solution with exceptional reliability and almost indefinite life expectancy. Incomparable movement dynamics ensures low energy operation whilst rapid response to foot traffic minimises heat-loss from a building.

The iMotion range of automatic door operators is the result of extensive research and development at the TORMAX HQ in Switzerland and is one of the most advanced systems on the market today. However, TORMAX has always designed AC motors and their longevity has been proven over the last 60 years. iMotion technology is also almost entirely manufactured using recyclable materials.

Systems can be configured to accommodate different levels of foot traffic, environmental standards and security requirements.
